Where's your favorite place in the world?
I have been fortunate to travel throughout most of the United States and to around 30 different countries. I love learning about different cultures, trying out local food and beverages, and diving into the unique history of the various countries I’ve visited. Our family recently took a European Vacation to 12 different countries. No matter how far I may roam, my favorite place is where I found a home: Charleston, South Carolina.
What are you passionate about?
Faith, family, fun and adventure! I am an “experiences over stuff” person and enjoy travel, music, sports, hiking, and spending time on or near the water. I am a huge fan of College of Charleston basketball, Atlanta Braves baseball, and Clemson Tigers football.
What's your favorite movie?
My kids would be disappointed in me if I chose anything outside of the Marvel or Star Wars universe. So I’m going with Ant Man because it has a unlikely superhero, great cast, humor, and it represents a lot of quality family time together.
What are you currently listening to on Spotify?
My favorite band is NEEDTOBREATHE, a rock and roll band from South Carolina, so that is often in the playlist rotation along with their Tour de Compadres friends such as Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, Johnnyswim, and Mat Kearney. Other current favorites include Charles Bradley, The Avett Brothers, Jason Isbell, Hayes Carll, Uncle Mingo, Ryan Bingham, and The Deadfields. I listen to everything but tend to gravitate to Americana, rock and roll, alt-country, and R&B.
